Refund policy
All our products are custom-printed to order by our fulfillment partner. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at dolldesign777@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our production partner to quickly resolve the matter through replacement or refund. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or manufacturing defects.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We give you up to 14 days of delivery to contact us. We want you to be happy!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom products (all items are printed to order)
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
For damaged or defective items, we will arrange a replacement or refund directly - no return shipping required. Exchanges for different products are not available due to the custom nature of our items.
Refunds
For damaged or defective items, we will review your photos and contact you to let you know if a replacement or refund has been approved. If approved, you can choose between a replacement item (shipped at no charge) or a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
